Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
For up do’s including braids, buns, half up half down etc. Please arrive with thoroughly dry hair, preferably shampooed a day or two before. Very clean hair can add an additional 15 minutes to a style.
Stylists will not have time to wash and dry your hair (unless you are having a blow wave & straighten).
Deposit refunds will not be issued for cancellations 72 hours before an appointment, late arrivals or no shows.
